We do not accept returns or refunds on E-Liquid for any reason.
If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit or resend the item in question. We may require additional documentation such as pictures of the damaged product or packaging.
Hardware MAY be returned for store credit, or an alternative product of equal value within 30 days. There are no refunds on Hardware products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our in-store return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns, regardless of condition of the hardware product, will not be accepted after this time.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aperfectvapecom. We will instruct you on how to return your items.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A Perfect Vape, 3033 Jet Wing Dr, Colorado Springs, CO, 80916-3270, United States. Please do not return your product until you have contacted us via the e-mail above and received return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
This policy is final, and will not be modified.
